Less than two weeks ago I posted a comment on this blog page after what seemed the lowest imaginable activities promulgated by the current occupant of the oval office: unspeakably cruel comments after the death of Rob Reiner and the desecration of the Kennedy Center. Then, days later, the White House reached incredible levels of insensitivity in commenting about the tragic death of Tatiana Schlossberg, the daughter of Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg and the grand-daughter of John Fitzgerald Kennedy, a real President who exemplified the principal role of an American President: to inspire the people.

I wondered then if we, as a nation, had just had the worst weeks possible. The answer now is clearly and resoundingly “no.”

Renee Nicole Good, a 37-year-old mother of three children, a poet, will be remembered for her last words to the masked ICE agent who shot her in the face, who murdered her: “I’m not mad at you.”

Renee Good

The despicable remarks that came after this public execution, by the ineffably cruel, dishonest, incompetent and stupid trio of Noem, Vance and, of course, the faux president, exceeded even their worst prior proclamations.

On Sunday’s Meet the Press, the equally ignorant White House border ‘czar’ Tom Homan said to Kristin Welker, the moderator: “Put yourself in the mind of the officer.”

Again, a resounding No!

They need to put themselves in the mind of Renee Good as she was being murdered.

Today would not be too soon to get the awful people of this administration out of office and in prison. Minneapolis is now a police state. Tuesday, November 3, 2026 is election day. We need to restore the rule of law  to America.
